Cancellation Policy

RESERVATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Short term stay (less than one week)

A full payment is due at the time of booking your reservation at the Resort. A minimum of 2-night stay is required for reservations on the weekends. A valid Visa or Mastercard is required to secure a reservation.

You can make changes to your reservation at no cost up to 10 days prior to check-in date. Any changes made to the reservation within 2-10 days will be subject to a $25 fee. No refunds will be allowed within 48 hours of your check-in time. A $20 cleaning fee and a $3 booking fee is applied to all reservations.

Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the number of days the request is made prior to your reservation.

  • Cancellation request made more than 14 days prior to your check-in date: $25 fee.
  • Cancellation request made 14 days or less, prior to your check-in date: No Refunds.
  • No refunds for early departures.

Weekly/ Monthly/ Seasonal Stays

A full payment is due at the time of booking your reservation at the Resort. Monthly rates are only valid for the full 30-day intervals. Seasonal rates are only valid with a minimum reservation of 120 days within a single calendar season. A valid Visa or Mastercard is required to secure a reservation.

Any additional days of stay post your weekly or monthly reservation, will be billed at the regular daily rate.  A $20 cleaning fee and a $3 booking fee is applied to all reservations.

  • Cancellation request made 14 days or less, prior to your check-in date: No Refunds.
  • No refunds for early departures.

To cancel make changes to your reservation, please email reservation@thekampdiaries.com at your earliest convenience and we will be glad to assist you.

If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect within your credit card account that was used at the time of making the reservation.
