Cancellation Policy

A deposit in the amount of $500 is required (monthly and seasonal stays) at the time of booking your reservation online. For weekly stays, a deposit of $150 is required. The balance amount will be charged at the time of your arrival.

Monthly rates are only valid for the full 30-day intervals. Seasonal rates are only valid with a minimum reservation of 120 days within a single calendar season. A valid Visa or Mastercard will be required.

Any additional days of stay post your weekly or monthly reservation, will be billed at the regular daily rate.

Cancellations will be subject to a cancellation fee based on the number of days the request is made prior to your reservation.

• Cancellation request made more than 14 days prior to your check-in date: $50 fee.
• Cancellation request made 14 days or less, prior to your check-in date: No Refunds.
• No refunds for early departures.

To cancel make changes to your reservation, please email reservation@thekampdiaries.com at your earliest convenience and we will be glad to assist you.

If you are eligible for a refund, please allow 7-10 business days for the amount to reflect within your credit card account that was used at the time of making the reservation.
